We have a 3000 sq ft space downtown on hastings. We’re looking for someone to share the space with 11 other artists/ designers. We really have worked on the space so that is why we are able to get that much space for so cheap. We’re looking for people that are looking to start something interesting in the arts community, and people that are innovative and ambitious. We want it to be the next awesome thing:) We’re asking $250 for the first month to cover some costs (paint,lights, etc) and then $100 every month after that! it really is an awesome deal. were looking for people asap
